Fee Structures

Dawne Smallwood Interiors have a high level of excellence in all residential and commercial interior design projects. There have been many design ideas and solutions for offices, restaurants, retail outlets and commercial spaces. There are no minimum budget requirements to retain services. Retainers and ongoing fees are determined by the normal scope of the fee structure as follows:

Within the greater St. John's area, hourly rate with retainer. This structure will provide several consultations, usually in your home, your office, or wherever the desired space is to be decorated. This service will include assessing your project's needs and an estimate of the project cost. Visits may include taking photographs and measurements of the spaces and furnishings. Then research will be done to achieve a concise, creative concept. The second visit usually includes a presentation of design solutions and a drawn floor plan if necessary. After these steps are taken and the concept is accepted by you, ongoing per hour rate is charged for consulting and shopping for appropriate pieces.
